Below, we have set out our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you read and understand these carefully before placing an order with us. By placing an order for the purchase of goods from Mammagdesigns and the subsequent receipt of an email sent by Mammagdesigns confirming your order, you enter a contractual agreement with us on the following Terms and Conditions. This contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We accept orders from mainland United Kingdom only. If you have seen an item on our website which you would like to order, you may order it to be made for you within 28 days or earlier if we have it available on stock; just email us to have this aspect settled. Once an order has been placed with us, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Payments are accepted through PayPal, as it is a safe and widely accepted method of payment for purchases on the Internet. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you do not need an account with PayPal in order to make a payment using their service. Your transactions are protected by PayPal's highly sophisticated fraud-prevention system. In completing your order, you will be directed to Paypal's website, either to log in or (if you don't have an account) to enter your billing information. You will then authorise the payment and be returned to this site, where you will confirm your order. 

The prices displayed on our product pages are the full amount that you pay for the product; there are no additional or hidden costs for VAT or other taxes. Delivery costs are based on our expectation of what it will cost to send products. Mammagdesigns reserves the right to change product prices and offers at our discretion, though once you add an item to your basket, that price is guaranteed for you. If you have any questions regarding our prices, please contact us directly.

Unless otherwise stated, I own the intellectual property rights in the website and material displayed on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, including soaps, body butters, and body scrubs, please note that slight variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur from batch to batch. These variations are a natural result of using high-quality, natural ingredients and do not affect the efficacy or quality of the products. All products are intended for external use only. Customers with sensitive skin or allergies should review the ingredient list carefully before use, as we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions. We recommend conducting a patch test prior to full application. By purchasing our handmade products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

(10) Due to the personal nature of our handmade body products, including soaps, body butters, and body scrubs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. We take great care to ensure that each product is crafted to the highest quality standards; however, due to hygiene and safety concerns, all sales of body care products are final. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to provide a replacement or store credit. 

Proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item will be required. By purchasing our handmade products, you acknowledge and accept this return policy.

On some occasions, mammagdesigns may wish to take photos of products it has made for its customers. MammagDesigns reserves the right to use these photos on the website for advertising; however, out of common courtesy, customers will be notified of this.

Each piece is specially assembled to order and therefore delivery can take up to 1-2 week if stock allows. If you have any special requests, please make a note when ordering, as I may be able to change the order to suit your needs. I will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible or notify you with a revised timeframe. 
Please note: Special delivery is not guaranteed for the next day on a Friday night or Saturday. Orders are subject to stock availability. Post by special delivery and packaging costs £7.50 at present, depending on Royal Mail's future price increase.

Mammagdesigns' aim is to process orders Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed outside of these times will be fulfilled on the next business day. I aim to post your goods next day for orders placed before 12pm, subject to stock availability.

The prices for any goods will be as quoted on the Site. If a mammagdesigns customer is quoted for a price for products and postage, this will stand for a period of 28 days from the day of the quote. Prices are subject to change. Delivery costs are not included. Our delivery charges are set out on the website. Payment of the whole price of the goods you order must be received before your order can be accepted.

You may return any product you have ordered from mammagdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Custom and special orders will not be refunded or exchanged. 
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. To return any item, please contact mammagdesignsco.uk via email or telephone. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange, or a refund. 

All items must be returned directly to: mammagdesigns, 10 Church Road, Baglan, Port Talbot SA12 8SS.
All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Please use an insured, registered delivery method to return your order. The refund terms and conditions are for the online store only. Refunds will not be issued from the premises address. If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return, we will offer an alternative product or a refund. 
If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery. All online refunds will be completed within approximately 30 days of the return of the goods. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. 
Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by MammagDesigns. 

Please call or email to cancel an order. Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch. You can contact me Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.00pm. I reserve the right to cancel your order if: 

• I have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. 
  
• I do not deliver to your area or country. 
  
• One or more of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. 

If I do cancel your contract, I will notify you by email, and I will credit your account as soon as possible. I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. 

I will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you gave me for delivery at the time you made your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order, typically next working day if your order is placed before noon. However, this is dependent on stock availability and orders can take up to 30 days to reach you. Royal Mail is the carrier I use at mammagdesigns. When you sign for any goods from mammagdesigns, you are accepting that you have received the goods intact and undamaged. However, if you notify MammagDesigns of any damage by the next working day, product replacement may be possible, depending on whether the replacement is covered by Royal Mail. We recommend that, as soon as you have accepted delivery, your parcel be opened and checked immediately. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered, for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the delivered goods that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other internal disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Personalised jewellery cannot be refunded once made and/or delivered, unless there is a fault with the jewellery or damage has occurred in delivery. At mammagdesigns, we take special care to ensure every piece of jewellery is made to a high standard and will be inspected carefully by ourselves before dispatch (matching the product descriptions given on the website). 
For more information on your consumer rights, please refer to the legal “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000”. We ask customers to check all details submitted carefully when placing an order. MammagDesigns cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given by the customer for personalising items.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by mammagdesigns but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
We ask that customers understand that personalised items cannot be refunded on the grounds that a customer simply does not like a product. 
You may return most new, non-special orders (a special order is made for you in your chosen size) or unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Earrings are not returnable for hygiene purposes. 
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply email us at mammagdesigns@btinternet.com with your name and order reference (found on your confirmation email). We will advise you on how to return your item. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
